I do love a challenge, especially when the views at the top are so incredible.
Sometimes I forget the added aspect nature can bring to my training. Whether it be the wide expansive views of the ocean or the natural training slopes of the headland. The outdoors brings a new feeling to my training that I can not find anywhere else. It makes me feel like my day was complete and I find myself walking away content. On beautiful days, I can’t justify spending them inside because it feels as though I have missed something beautiful.
