It just got a little cooler in AUS so I’ve put together my favourite outfits for yoga, gym and those sports luxe looks for when you’re on the go between exercising.
Start your day with a morning fat-burn walk to clear your head and get your body moving. Walking first thing in the morning is a great way to lose fat. Take your dog (or borrow your neighbours) to make their day! Four-legged pals are great for company and motivation!
I like to go to the gym 3-4 times a week and practice yoga on the days in between. I find this routine is a great balance for toning up my body and strengthening my core.
I’m no yogi – I’ve only done a handful of classes so far and have been following Youtube videos from home for a few months while I learn. I’ll let you know which Youtube channel I use when I find one that I really love. Right now it’s a mix because I want something that clears my mind and relaxes my body, but which also gives me a bit of a sweat up, makes my muscles burn and gives a good deep stretch.
